I need to access the system remotely. What options do I have?If you have many users that wish to access TRIM Practice Management remotely you will require a method of remote access and a system for them to log on to. Remote access is normally performed via the internet and will require an ADSL connection as a minimum and preferably ADSL 2. This also allows TRIM Systems staff to provide support via this connection. To operate the software via your remote connection you can either set up a Terminal Server and then use Remote Desktop to access this server or you can access individual machines using Remote Desktop. Consult you local IT support or TRIM Systems for more details on accessing the system remotely. |
