Updates:

Update 3.8 - June 15th 2009 DOWNLOAD NOW (10.8mb)

This update contains all of updates 1, 2 and 3 plus some further bug fixes.  Additionally there is a new icon on the accounts form (top right) which allows you to quick view patient details.

The accounts form has been made larger (1024x768) to enable better viewing of large item descriptions.  If this additional space is required on your invoice / receipt / statement as well, your individual report will need to modified via the Report Manager.  Contact Tim at Trim on 0428 500 502 if you require assistance with this change.

Database bug in Practitioner Accounts has been fixed.  Also, a problem on the Referring Specialists form which didn't allow letters to be opened has been fixed.  Right click the patient name to open them in letters, Right Click on the actual letter and it will open both the patient and the letter.

Daily Statistics have been updated to allow entry of date to view (DD/MM/YYYY) and to perform additional tests on the data.

Download and extract the zip file to a folder on your computer then run the install program.

Remember, ALWAYS backup your system prior to installing ANY new software, including these updates.

NOTE - This update contains a change to the patient table data structure that was required in update 3.7. ALL systems older than update 3.6 must be updated at the same time otherwise errors will occur opening patients on older versions.

The report designer in TRIM Practice Manager is an embedded version of Fast Reports.  To modify existing reports go to Reports | Manage Reports on the main menu.  Select the report to modify and then the Design button.

If you like you can download a (very) BETA version of the install program and systems for trial on your computer.  This program allows for the installation of:

• TRIM Video Analysis 2007
• TRIM Practice Manager 2007
• TRIM Database Installer
• TRIM Database converter for the conversion of Step-Ahead databases to TRIM Practice Manager or TRIM Video Analysis.
• TRIM License Manager required for multiple systems on a network.
